Shang was most recently co-founder and board member of Ehang Holding Ltd [EH: NASDAQ], a leading global autonomous aerial vehicle (AAV) technology platform company.
Shang led three successful Nasdaq listings, namely Ehang, 21ViaNet Group, Inc., the largest carrier-neutral internet data centre services provider in China, and Memsic Inc. a semiconductor sensor and system solutions company. He was voted All-Asia Best CFO (Telecom) by Institutional Investors in 2015.
Previously, he served as the CFO of Greatdreams, Inc., CEO and CFO of Centuryfone 121 Networking and Communication Co., CFO of YesKey Group, and senior manager of business, tax and legal advisory for Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia and Shanghai.
Shang obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989.
