Clark is the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Angel Club Association. He has been a passionate promotor of venture capital activities for close to 30 years. Previously, he served as Secretary-General of Venture Capital Association (TVCA), Chinese Business Incubation Association (CBIA), and first Secretary of the Private Equity Association.
He started his venture capital career in 1992 working on strengthening the investment industry and has made an outstanding contribution to the exchange of venture capital between mainland China and Taiwan.
His early career was in the media, where he worked as a journalist and vice-director for the Taiwan Industrial and Commercial Times and as Chief Editor of Taiwan Business Weekly.
Clark received a Bachelor’s degree from the National Taiwan University and an MBA from Chengchi University.
