Adam is a retired senior corporate law partner with over 20 years’ experience in the City of London working for one of the world’s largest law firms.
Adam specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has significant experience in a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, international and domestic joint ventures and equity capital markets work. His clients included international banks and corporates, major investment houses, and on-shore and off-shore investment funds.
Adam has an MA (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University and qualified as a solicitor in 1993.
